About Alavie
À la vie — “to life!” When your body supports the life you want to live.
Alavie was created for women who sense that something has shifted in their body, even though nothing looks “wrong.”
Energy takes more intention. Focus isn’t as sharp. Recovery feels slower. Hormones feel less predictable than they used to. On paper, everything may look fine, but in your body, something feels different.
That gap between functioning well and feeling well is where Alavie begins.
A Proactive Approach to Hormonal Longevity
The years leading into menopause are often treated as something to endure or ignore until symptoms become unavoidable. At Alavie, we see this season as a critical window.
This is a time when ovarian function, hormone signaling, metabolism, and brain health can still be supported in meaningful ways. When care is proactive rather than reactive, it’s often possible to preserve hormonal resilience longer, protect energy and clarity, and influence how strong and capable the body feels for decades to come.
Alavie helps you respond early, while the body is still responsive. Our personalized program helps you support your body with intention so your effort produces long lasting results that exude through your new found powerful daily energy levels.
A Different Standard of Care
Alavie practices functional, integrative nutrition with a focus on context, timing, and your individual needs.
Through personalized nutrition, lifestyle support, and targeted functional testing, we work to understand what’s actually driving changes in energy, hormones, metabolism. We work to uncover what has driven down your resilience and then support those systems before depletion accelerates you to the point of no return.
You are never handed a generic plan and you are never left guessing. The goal is clarity, confidence, and long-term vitality, not dependence.
About Madison, MS, M.Ed, RDN
I’m Madison, an Integrative Dietitian and founder of Alavie Integrative Nutrition.
I work with high-performing women who want to be proactive about hormone health, energy, and longevity as their body’s needs begin to shift, particularly during perimenopause and beyond.
I studied at Florida State University, Florida International University and Teachers College Columbia University for my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutrition and Food Science. I worked in the conventional Nutrition Counseling setting helping clients support their weight loss journeys for 8 years before realizing there was something missing — because after a while we just kept hitting walls instead of goals. That’s when I found functional medicine and integrative nutrition. It was like unlocking a secret door inside castle made of jewels. It was bright and promising and the world at that time was just beginning to catch on. Since then I have completed functional medicine and nutrition trainings with Next Level Functional Nutrition, Rupa Health, The Khazarian Institute and Metabolic Mentor University. It’s never a chore to learn more in this field and I continue to grow my knowledge base with new trainings every year. I stay up to date and on top of the research and new technologies because the more I know, the better I can serve YOU.
Clients often say they feel calmer after our first conversation, not because everything is solved, but because someone is finally taking the time to look carefully, connect the dots, and think long-term.
My role is to support your personalized health needs and deliver you a plan that is actionable and relatable. I spend hours in the research figuring out what solutions will bring you the most effective, bang-for-your-buck results. My passion is to add more joy to your daily life by making you feel and look great! And, as someone who truly cares that you find the most success on your journey I will connect you to the right supporting therapies and practitioners if your needs fall out of my professional purview. I do the work so you don’t have to guess where you should go to complete the loop. When we have completed our time together you will leave feeling heard, supported, energized and full powered again!
“I’m 37 with three kids, and for a long time I felt like I was barely holding it together. I was exhausted all the time, had night sweats almost every night, zero stress tolerance, and constant energy crashes. My labs were always labeled ‘normal,’ so I kept being told I was fine—even though I clearly didn’t feel fine.
Working with Madison was the first time someone actually connected the dots. She explained why my high iron levels, under-eating, and poor sleep were all feeding into each other. One of the most surprising things was that she had me eat more, not less—and I didn’t gain weight at all. Instead, I started sleeping better, which alone changed everything.
As my sleep improved, my energy stabilized, the crashes stopped, and I finally felt like I could handle stress again. With the supplement protocol she customized for me, I now sleep through the night without waking up drenched in sweat. That alone feels life-changing.
I have more patience with my kids, more energy during the day, and I finally feel like myself again. Madison didn’t just look at my labs—she looked at me. I’m so grateful I didn’t accept ‘everything is normal’ as the final answer.”
