Phase One

We begin with the full picture, not just symptoms.

We talk through how your energy feels throughout the day, how your body responds to food and stress, how your hormones have shifted over time, and where you’ve noticed changes that don’t quite make sense yet.

We also take a look at lifestyle factors  like sleep, work demands, travel, training, and household dynamics because they all influence how your body functions.

When testing is appropriate, we use advanced functional testing to uncover patterns that standard labs often miss. The goal is to gain clarity through symptomology, current labs, and health habits and lifestyle factors, so nothing feels confusing or unexplained.

Phase Two

Making sense of what’s happening

Once we have a clear picture of how your body is operating and why, we walk through it together.

You learn how metabolism, hormones, stress, and nutrient status interact, and why your body may be responding differently than it did before. We explain what matters, what doesn’t, and how these patterns influence how you feel day to day.

Phase Three
